ARE WE A THIRD PARTY?

 

The Authorized Third Parties or Verification Units extend the coverage of the Health Authority. That is why they only issue technical reports that COFEPRIS recognizes for acts of Authority. This technical report is a document that will help speed up the review of procedures within COFEPRIS (FastTrack).

 

The Third Parties cannot be judge and part in the process of Sanitary Authorization. For this reason, they leave aside the integral orientation for the client and do not act as a consultant: they do not give themselves time to know the product, they do not make an in-depth analysis of their legal and technical status, they do not guide the information gathering process or in the dossier assemble

 

We are not a Third Party. We are a consultancy and we act as intermediaries between the client and the Third Party for the obtaining of technical report.

 

In Sanitary Regulation Experts we are concerned to know your product in its entirety to recommend strategies, classification, to establish the best modality of submission and to assemble a dossier so clear that neither Authority nor the Third Party will have difficulties in its revision
